About CTG Seba
An independent, everyday information service for the people of Chattogram District.
Our mission
CTG Seba exists to make everyday life in Chattogram District easier, by connecting people with the services they need, verified information, local opportunities and the places around them.
It is for the people who live and work here: families, students, job seekers, patients and carers, businesses, farmers, senior citizens, people with disabilities, and the Chattogram diaspora.
What you will find here
- Official emergency numbers and preparedness guidance
- A directory of healthcare, education, government, transport and support services
- Jobs, notices, local news and community events
- Local businesses and markets
- Places and stories across the 15 upazilas and the City Corporation area
What this site is not
This is not a government website. It is not operated or endorsed by the Government of Bangladesh, the district administration or Chattogram City Corporation. Where we describe a public service we link to the official portal.
It is not an emergency service. Weather, prayer times and news headlines refresh automatically from the sources named beside them; everything else is kept up to date by our editors. We do not show live traffic, vehicle positions or opening status.
How we handle accuracy
Every factual record carries a verification label, its source and the date it was last checked. When we cannot confirm a detail we say so, rather than guess. Read the editorial and verification policy for the full process.
Current status
The platform is in its early stage. Much of the content is clearly labelled as sample content or as awaiting verification while editors check it against official sources. You can help by suggesting places and services and by reporting anything that is wrong.
